Healing Edge Course Purchase Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in a course through Healing Edge, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Purchase

All course sales are final. Due to the nature of the proprietary digital content and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

2. Course Access and Availability

Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to the course materials. You retain lifetime access, provided Healing Edge’s platform remains operational and the business continues to offer the course.

3. Certification and CEUs

This course includes an assessment (quiz) required for completion. Upon passing, you will be issued a digital certificate and become eligible to receive 30 CEUs (Continuing Education Units). CEUs are awarded based on successful course and quiz completion only.

4. Account Usage and Academic Integrity

Your account is for individual use only. Sharing access or engaging in cheating (including but not limited to sharing answers, recording materials, or impersonation) is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in account termination without refund.

5. Assessment Policy

Users will receive a pass/fail result and final score for their quiz. Correct answers will not be disclosed to protect the integrity of the assessment. If you have questions or concerns, you may contact us via our contact page.

6. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for having access to a reliable internet connection and a compatible device to view course content. Healing Edge is not liable for technical issues on the user’s side.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
